CHANGE OF MIND — 14-DAY WITHDRAWAL

Email thechillzproducts@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will send return instructions. Send the product back within 14 days after notifying us.

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the direct return cost because this is disclosed before purchase. The customer is responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

We refund the product price and the cost of the least-expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise. We refund within the legal deadline, but may withhold the refund until the goods are received or you provide evidence that they were sent back.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, UNSAFE OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

Email thechillzproducts@gmail.com promptly with the order number, a description and useful photos or video. Stop using a battery product that is damaged, unusually hot, swollen or wet. Thechillz Products pays reasonable return costs where the item is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described and provides the remedy required by law. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or not as advertised. This is separate from the 14-day change-of-mind right.

CANCELLATIONS BEFORE DISPATCH

Contact us immediately. We will try to cancel, but supplier-direct processing can begin quickly. If dispatch has already occurred, use the withdrawal process after delivery.
