Terms of service

1. SELLER

The seller is Robert Sciberras, trading as Thechillz Products, 72 Triq Alessandru, Birżebbuġa BBG 2304, Malta. Email: thechillzproducts@gmail.com. WhatsApp: +356 7956 4664 (messages only).

2. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

The product page and checkout show the item, variant, quantity, total price, delivery charge and available payment methods. An order becomes accepted when an order-confirmation email is sent. We may cancel and refund an order if the item is unavailable, the price is clearly erroneous, payment fails, product-safety evidence is inadequate, or fulfilling the order would be unlawful.

3. DELIVERY

We currently sell only to Malta and Gozo. Goods may be shipped directly by the supplier and are not local stock unless the product page explicitly says they are held in Malta. A verified delivery range, carrier and import-charge treatment will be published before public checkout opens. Risk transfers to the consumer when the consumer, or a person nominated by them other than the carrier, receives the goods.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

Consumers normally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. The process is in the Return and Refund Policy. This does not reduce legal rights for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SAFE USE

Use the product only as described in the supplied instructions and warnings. Stop using a damaged, unusually hot, swollen or wet battery product and contact us. Images and colours can vary slightly by screen, but the supplied product must match its material description.

6. LEGAL GUARANTEE

EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee when goods are faulty or not as advertised. Available remedies depend on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

7. LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, defective products, or mandatory consumer remedies. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

Contact thechillzproducts@gmail.com first and include the order number. Where applicable and both sides agree, Malta's MCCAA Alternative Dispute Resolution process may be used at adr.mccaa.org.mt. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not used.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by Maltese law, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer's country of residence.
