DESTINATIONS

Malta and Gozo only.

DELIVERY CHARGE

€4.95 per order under the current checkout configuration.

DISPATCH MODEL

The product may be sent directly to the customer by the supplier. It is not described as local stock unless it is physically held in Malta and the product page explicitly says so.

PRE-LAUNCH DELIVERY TEST

Public checkout remains closed while we use the paid sample to confirm the dispatch origin, processing time, tracked transit range, carrier and whether any import VAT or duty can be requested at delivery. We will publish those verified facts before accepting public orders. We will not promise next-day or local delivery while using supplier-direct fulfilment.

DELAYS, LOSS AND CUSTOMS

Once public sales open, we will contact the customer if a material delay, stock problem, loss or customs refusal becomes known and provide the remedy required by law. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but this does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
